These terms cover the Crystal Swan Group website (crystalswangroup.com), our free newsletter, and our paid membership. You agree to them when you sign up for the newsletter or join as a member, where a link to these terms appears next to the button. We've written them in plain English, the same way we write everything else.
Crystal Swan Group LLC (“Crystal Swan Group,” “we,” “us”) is a Texas limited liability company. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Dr #23371, Austin, TX 78731. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
Everything we publish is general education about how markets work. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, or other investment.
Our content is the same for every reader. It is not tailored to your finances, goals, or situation, and that includes our replies to your emails or comments. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. For advice about your own situation, talk to a licensed professional.
Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of money you put in. Past market behavior does not predict future results, and scenarios we describe may not play out. You are responsible for your own decisions. The author may hold positions in assets discussed in our content, including bitcoin.
You must be at least 18 to subscribe. Please give us accurate information, including a working email address. Paid memberships are currently available to readers in the United States only.
The free newsletter and the free Trading For Beginners e-book cost nothing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.
A paid membership adds the Market Brief and Crypto Brief to each weekly issue, plus any member bonuses we describe on the upgrade page. You can choose monthly or annual billing.
Price and tax. You pay the price shown at checkout. Where the law requires it, sales tax is added on top and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe through our newsletter platform, beehiiv. We never see or store your full card number.
Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year), at the price shown plus any sales tax, and your card is charged until you cancel. Once a year, whether you pay monthly or annually, we'll email you a reminder of what you're paying, how often, and how to cancel. Annual members also get a reminder before each renewal.
Price changes and the founding-member lock. If you joined as a founding member, your price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active. Your membership stays active unless you cancel, or it ends because a payment failed and wasn't fixed within the retry period. If you cancel and rejoin later, the current price applies. Sales tax may change; your price won't. For everyone else, if we ever raise prices, we'll email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price takes effect, with instructions on how to cancel.
You can cancel anytime from the “manage subscription” link in any email or your account page, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep member access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Annual plans: if you're not happy, email us within 30 days of being charged for an annual plan, including a renewal, and we'll refund the full amount. No questions, no hoops.
Monthly plans: monthly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
If we stop the paid membership: we'll refund the unused part of any annual plan, prorated by month.
If your membership includes a bonus, such as the Trading For Beginners Vol III e-book, it's yours to keep for personal use even if you cancel.
Our newsletters, lessons, charts, videos, and e-books are owned by Crystal Swan Group and protected by copyright. You're welcome to read them, save them, and forward a free issue to a friend.
Please don't republish, resell, or post our paid content publicly, share your member login, or use automated tools to copy or scrape the site. If you do, we may end your membership without a refund.
We rely on outside services, including beehiiv, Stripe, and YouTube, and we sometimes link to other websites and data sources. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they work.
We work hard to be accurate, but we provide our content and services “as is.” We don't promise they'll be error-free, always available, or right about what markets will do. Market data can be delayed or wrong at the source.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Crystal Swan Group isn't liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect or consequential damages, that come from using our content or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived by contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas. Before filing anything, please email us first; most problems can be fixed with a conversation.
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date and keep a dated copy of every past version. Changes that affect paying members take effect at your next renewal after we email you about them. We won't use a change to raise a founding member's price.
