Crystal Swan Group (“we,” “us”) runs this website and the Crystal Swan Group newsletter. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your email address, when you sign up for the newsletter or free e-book. Basic usage data collected automatically through analytics tools, such as pages viewed, how you arrived (for example, a search engine or social link), device and browser type, and approximate location. Our signup form also records where you came from, such as a referring site or campaign link, so we know which channels bring readers. Like most newsletters, our email platform records whether emails are opened and links are clicked.
To send you the newsletter and the free e-book you requested, to understand how visitors use the site and which channels bring new readers, and to improve our content.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the newsletter and website: beehiiv (hosts this website and our email list, and sends the newsletter) and Google Analytics (measures site traffic). If you purchase a paid subscription, our payment processor handles your payment details, and we never see your full card number. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
This site uses cookies (small files stored in your browser) for analytics and to make the signup form work, including remembering that you've already subscribed so we don't keep asking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
This site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll respond within 30 days.
We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it, except for any minimal record needed to honor your request.
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
